We have a rickety old Access DB that has grown way too large and we are currently implementing an Oracle System to replace it.

However for the meanwhile, we have to continue using the Access DB until the new system is ready. Someone here opened the Access 97 db on a computer with Windows XP installed and upon opening, comes up with this message:-

"Your Database or project contains a missing or broken file reference to the file dao2535.tlb version 3.5"

This means absolutely nothing to me - does anyone have any ideas of how I can fix this?

Cheers
Ingenue.

you need to set a Reference to it's Library (Open any Module in Design View, Click on Tools Then References, and then Click on the CheckBox next to any Library that is listed as "Missing", then close the Dialog Box).
