Access encountered an error and must shut down

I have a database that is shared by several users. All was fine until I made some changes that now cause a Microsoft error that says ACCESS encountered problems and must shut down. It allows you to generate a report but I have no idea what the information in the report is telling me.

It only happens on SOME computers, not all. I didn't do anything too dramatic between the 2 versions one of which works on all computers the other that causes access to crash....

Has anyone ever seen this and does it bring to mind anything that may have caused it to happen?
