Access Deny Message when trying to join the domian ?

Dear All :
I can't join the machine to my domain ?
I am trying to join - then an error message appears with access-deny error !

any advises ?

yes, some more info would be nice.

What I had to do was place the IP address of the server as the primary DNS and install the other DNS numbers after that for internet access.
