Access Denied Error!

I am trying to send attached emails using C#.
I am getting the error as given below,

System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path "c:\inetpub\

http://wwwroot\EmailAttach\ReadMe.txt"

is denied.

I already given write access to that directory.
Still I am getting th error.

Please give me your suggestions about these error.
