Access denied despite all privileges set

When instructed (Mailwasher Pro ) to move some application data files from my name\application data\remote to \local I cannot open those folders. Access denied
I checked in User Accounts in CP and ticked everyone plus me + administrator..
I can't see any thread on it so far so maybe I'm just awestruck by Vista..

Any suggestions?

Whoa there mate... I did search further afield in this thread and found one some way down the stream that deals with all this..
