access denied Avaya CS1000 Rls 7.5

Hi All,
i have problem when i try to access my CS1000 using putty, when i enter admin or admin2 and then i try to enter password i get "access denied"
note: am sure that the password is correct
any advice please, i think its need to unlock but i don't know how ! or may another issue !

I think you need to go via the UCM to access the security section and check that it's OK via the http, web page. You would only have had access with the "admin" account.

Have you tried your root account or any other accounts?.
