When I logon onto a domain successfully, I receive an" access denied" message. I don't know what this is in reference to.

Not much supporting information to run with here.

Is the message coming up in DOS style window? If so it could be generated by the login script trying to connect you to a share or printer which no longer exists.

You might also want to run EVENTVWR (event viewer) and check the System and Security logs. In the System log you are looking for Red icons, which signify that services have failed. In the security log you are looking for closed padlocks which show failed access attempts.

Hope this is of some help
