Hi all,

I have configured a PRI for ISDN and done all the routing as other systems we have installed.

now when we try to call we get this error message

18:04:15 TRACE STARTED 08/25/2014 CM Release String R016x.03.0.124.0
18:04:18 dial 99497800 route:ARS

18:04:18 idle trunk-group 1 member 27 cid 0x36
18:04:33 idle station 4856 cid 0x36

Can Anyone help with this error?

sounds like you need to setup public unknown numbering to send callerID to the provider with call setup. They are most likely looking for 10 digits (ie ldn or billing number for the trunk-group)
you are sending a 4 digit station number (example shows 4356).

compare list trace to a working pri and make an outbound call.

We will check tomorow for these settings but basically the central office is the one who is supposed to put that information in.
But in any event, I have created in the public unknown the 10 digits, 7 digits and I get the same results.

can you show a trace when sending 7 and 10 digits?
did you compare list trace on a working pri trunk-group?

Is your provider using NI2 protocol?
Some PRI do not send name and number and if you send name and number the provider blocks the call.
What does the display ds1 xxxx show for protocol?
