My Access database decided not to open this afternoon for no apparent reason. It is on a server (Win 98 network). Other Access databases open on all computers; this one doesn't even open on the server.
The bmp at the startup flashes, then nothing.
It is NOT open. NOT "hidden"
Large database (I know - big database, big mistake) 1.5 gig
Compact & Repair from Access produces nothing.
I've heard of jet engines that can help with this sort of thing; only found them for Office 97. I have 2000 pro.
Please help - I'd rather not recreate days of data entry!
