We have 2 Metaframe XPa servers running on Windows 2000 with Feature Release 2. 1 of the servers holds the data store for the farm. We would like to move this data store to a file server and convert it from access to SQL. 1st question, is this possible? 2nd question, if it is possible, do we need metaframe xp installed on the fileserver? 3rd question, what steps should we take and what should we be aware of before getting into this? Thanks.

1. Yes it's possible to migrate Data Store with the DSMAINT utility
2. MetaFrame XP should NOT be installed on the Database server, and don't piggyback the MetaFrame XP database.
