Access code dialing work around in ip offce? 1

we have a fax line going from IPO box and recently we asked our provider to have 3 digit access code dialing when someone dials a long distance call but when they activated the access code dialing service its looking for the access code on the fax line as well.

is there a work around in IPO that will put a access code automatically after the fax # is dialed?

i contacted my provider but they said it will take 3-5 days.
