ACCESS CODE 9 into the log

Hi,
We have ACM 6.2
When a call arrive and no answer, i wish then to use the call logs into the history but i call the number who call me it inserted the 9 how could I replace the 9 by the 0
thanks to give me the good way to fix the problem
 
no we use 0 to dial external and i don't see it into 46xxsetting.txt this 9 that suddendly include in my call logs
 
In the 46xx setting file do a find on 'enhanced dialing' See if it's in there.

Then, check your system parameters features and check for those 2 fields (national cpn and international cpn)

 
into national CPN there's 00
and into international 000
