I know that using AutoExec macro can open a query at startup time.

Is there a way to execute query at scheduled time or automatically?

Any hint is greatlly appreciated.

FYI...There is a software out there called Automate that will run programs at scheduled times or when events happen. I think it's pretty inexpensive. We use it for running reports and utilities off our ERP system at night so the information is sitting on the printer in the morning.

thanks Hillary and Mike, I downloaded and installed the HAL, but it seems no working. Maybe some configuration is still needed. I am working on this way.

If you have the query you want to run as the autoexec macro you can schedule the job using MS Scheduler.
