Access add- in manager

Greetings....

I have two versions of Access ( ver.8 & ver.10 )residing on my workstation. Whenever I attempt to open( ver.8 ) the Add-In Manager, an error is generated : ".... Microsoft Access can not locate wizard ... "
I loaded ver.10 last and have no problem with it.

I need to know the actual file name for the Add-In Manager so I can register it...

Will appreciate any assistance you may offer.

Thats partially right... regardless of intended MAC addresses, many otherwise clear replies were obfuscated resulting only in "????"
