when in access tring to create forms and queries I get an error code

I think you did not install the full bits and peices of Microsft Access. Try uninstalling it and then insatlling the complete version once again

I have uninstalled the entire Microsoft office 97 program and reinstalled and I still end up with the same error message

Ok , I need answers to these questions :
1) The error that you are facing, did it crop up one fine day or is it that you faced this the first time after you installed Office 97?
2) Which Operating System r u using?
3) Have you installed any other software around the time you started facing this error?

My error acurred on not so fine day. I have used the program before but to answer question #3, I beleive it happed around the time I installed other software but I don't know what software. I am currently working in windows 95.

It is possible that whatever software you installed, corrupted some system dlls that Access uses to create those forms.

That is the only thing I can think of. The best thing might be the confirm what softwares you installed.
