i have a client who is working with pst files, and know they want to have access to each others calendar, they need to have the opportunity to add appointments and to view them, so there are 6 users and the other five users need access to the pst file of the sixed user

how can i arrange this, any suggestions are welcome

best regards, Steven

i found a tool guys with which you can share your outlook calendar, contacts and even creating public folders like on a real exchange without having a mailserver, it's calling workgroup share 1.2, you need to install a server service on your one of your pc or server who will functionning as a master(server)
on every pc who wants to join this workgroup you need to install the client and you can even import users from active directory if you install the server service on a windows 2000 Domain Controller

link to download tool :
best regards, Steven

Firstly, I agree with the above posts that this is not a very good idea without Exchange.

I do not know of any free software that can do this but NetPab ( is a bit cheaper than the previous suggestion - but not by much.
