Hello
I need to send a report by mail. I used the button send report. It works fine and Lotus Notes opens and the report is as an attached file.
But I need to automatically add the e-mail address and message text to the mail. Can this be done automatically?

And if yes , does anyone have an idea of how to do this

Hi

I have forgotten the web site URL, but if you search Google on Tony Toews, he has a website with the info you require, ie sending EMail via Notes from Access
