Does anyone have a descriptive list of all functions available in Access 97?
When you go into Access, Select 'Help' from the toolbar.
Select 'Contents & Index'
Select 'Index'
Type in 'funct'
Select 'Functions, Referenced Topics'
This will provide you with a list of all of the functions available in Access. Unfortunately, this is just a list, and you must click on the actual function name to get the description, but at least it does provide you with a comprehensive list.
Good Luck.
Thank-you Kimi,
I was aware of the "help" menu. However I am looking for not only a list but also examples of how to use the functions. Similar to the IIF function example.
Let me know if you have any leads on this.
Thanks,
I've created a table with a list of names, position, hire date and depart date. What I'm trying to figure out is, how to create a function that will display a running total of staff at any given time. Whether it be I've added a name or removed a name. Thanks
