Access 95 User and Group Permissions

I have an Access95 database that I can open as &quot;Admin&quot; and but when I go to User and Group permissions and look at the owner of several objects (in reports, modules and macros) the owner is listed as &quot;<Unknown>&quot;.
When I try to change the owner to &quot;Admin&quot; I get a message telling me that I don't have permission to change the owner.

Why couldn't I change the owner of these &quot;Unknown&quot; objects to &quot;Admin?&quot;
