We have a database that was created in Access 2003. We could double click on the database and it would bring up a switchboard. We could then go Window> Unhide and see all the Tables, Queries, Reports, etc. on the left hand side. Access 2010 doesn't have that option as far as I can tell. Or I can't figure out how to get to it. Any one able to tell me how to view the tables, queries, etc in Access 2010? Thanks for your time

I tried F11 and nothing happened. I also tried to get to the Navigation pane by going to Creat tab>Navigation but it was grayed out and wouldn't let me click on it. I welcome any more suggestions

If you can open by pressing Shift key Loading as dhookom said. Try to open navigation by clicking Shutter Bar. Right selec then navigation options then select Object
type and check box must be on checked.

Resend:
If you can open by pressing Shift key while database is Loading as dhookom said. Try to open navigation by clicking Shutter Bar. Right click and select navigation options then Object type and check box must be on checked.

Holding the shift key while opening the file worked. Thanks for your help.
