This seems to only happen with users running Access 2010. If a form has a subform that is a datasheet, and that datasheet has an Order By set, it sometimes shows with no records. Alternatively, sometimes it shows the records in the datasheet (which is based on a query) but when I change parameters that will limit the query such as limiting it to show details from one supplier and requery the subform, it continues to show all records. If while this form is displayed I open the underlying query separately, it correctly shows the limited records. This seems to only happen in Access 2010. Access 2007 and 2013 users, either full version or runtime are not affected. Has anyone encountered this before?
