I am new to Access and am just starting to build a database of clients.

Sometimes I print on labels but prefer to print directly on the envelopes.

I'm learning the terms, but my searching produces info on how to print on labels. I'm trying to print each record (simple name and address info) on an envelope (recipient address- not the return address in this case).

Can I get a nudge in the right direction on what to search for or how to set up the form to print each record?

Thank you.
Nick

Use mail merge from Word using the Access database as your source. In Access, click on the help menu, select Microsoft Access Help and search for mail merge. Just follow the steps.

I hadn't planned on using Word, but often do so with client databases that come in from Excel. That's what I'll do.

Thank you for the help.
