Access 2002 Top Values

I have a spreadsheet of information where I count the number of sales for each consumer product (i.e. TV, DVD etc.) in several countries.
US JP AU FR KR

TV 5 3 7 2 0
VCR 7 3 0 1 9
DVD 8 6 4 5 3




I need to determine
1.)the top 3 countries for each consumer product and
2.)place the remaining countries in a group called others
3.) Place all the final data in a bar graph
Bar Graph example:
TV
AU 7
US 5
JP 3
OTHERS (ALL OTHER COUNTRIES) 5

DVD
US 8
JP 6
AU4

OTHERS (ALL OTHER COUNTRIES) 8

Can this request be completed through Access or would excel be easier. Help!Thanks

I used Crystal Reports and it worked great. Thanks
