I am trying to Output a report in pdf format. I have Adobe installed and also Access 2000.

I tried a macro that uses sendobject but the pdf format is not in the Output format.

There is already a printer device defined for Adobe PDF.

How can I get my report to automatically output to PDF.

Thanks

This might help...
While in design view of the report, go to page setup and choose a specific printer. That report would then print to Adobe every time.

Thanks for the info - it does work!

I do have another question - how can I get it to output as an attachment in email. I was using the sendObject action in a macro but the ouput format does not have pdf format listed. It has html, xcel or text.

Thanks for the help.
