Hi,
I created a table in Access 2000 that includes all 351 towns/cities in Massachusetts in column 1, and in Column 2 the corresponding COUNTY for the corresponding town/city in column 1.

When I choose the town/city in the form and save, then open the register to view - for some reason it is showing the "index number" that corresponds to that town/city.

For example: If I choose "Worcester" as my town/city, on the register it is showing "244" which I determined to be the index number given to that line on the form.

I need to have the register indicate the "worcester" not the key number. How do I change that.

I tried boundcolumn (which was 0 ) and changed it to both 1 (indicating the town) and 2 (indicating the county) and neither worked.

I have "NO" relationships as well.

any help will be greatly appreciated!

Thanks a lot! Earthandfire, for the reply....
