Access 2000 DAP Data entry property missing

I am creating a data access page using Access 2000. There should be, according to documentation, the ability to change the Data Entry property to "True". However, when right clicking on the form, there is no "data entry" property under the Data tab. Another way supposedly to change this is under the Edit Menu, should be "select page". I need to have no prior records showing on web site, just ability to submit new data. Am I missing something here?

Never mind, found it. Only visible upon opening up page...
