Acad Error~~~ Acad has caused an error in AC1ST15.DLL

I have the .dll file ac1st15 but for some reason everytime i open acad it comes up with the error box stating:
Acad has caused error in ac1st15.dll and cannot open.
I have installed, and unistalled acad 2002 many times and its does the same thing. My only thought is the norton anti-virus i just installed from disk. Can anyone help me, its urgent! Have lots of work to do, and not much time to do it!

Yeah, this problem happen with autocad 2002, The NAV 2003 disable it, but in the WinXP don´t. We need go to to Autodesk support site and download a new ac1st15.dll file to correct this problem. you need take this file and put in Autodesk shared folder.
