ACA Referral Destination

I did a list usage extension and it said it was an ACA Referral Destination. I don't know if this is even in use anymore.
I googled this, but am unclear on what it would be used for. Can anyone elaborate? Thanks!

ACA Automatic Circuit Assurance. Back in the Day we used this for troubleshooting trunks. Enabled on the systems feature pages
Automatic Circuit Assurance (ACA) Enabled? y
ACA Referral Calls: local ACA Referral Destination:
ACA Short Holding Time Originating Extension:
ACA Long Holding Time Originating Extension:
This is where this extension is programmed or ATTD.

On the trunk group side :
ACA Assignment? y
Long Holding Time(hours): 1
Short Holding Time(sec): 10
Short Holding Threshold: 15
When the Long or short holding times are met a call will be placed to this extension with the trunk group number and member. It was helpful when fighting with the telco's about bad trunks. I haven't used it in years.
