ACA Core Exam vs. CompTIA Network+

I was wondering if any of the ACA's out there had also taken the CompTIA Network+ exam, and could compare the two. I took the Network+ exam and passed with no problems. From what I can see, the ACA Core looks very similar. Can anyone confirm whether or not this is true?

Also, does anyone have any practice exams or prep material for the ACA Core?

I am just about to take the ACA exam.
Im not sure what the TIA one is all about but I found some test papers

do a search on ACA test paper or practice exam you can download a few word documents

you may have to register on the site however
