Hi guys,
I'm having an issue with a GDK 186 and an LDK 100 using AC15 tie lines to call between the two systems. Both kits are on analogue lines.
The problem is, if the GDK 186 site takes a call from the outside world, it can transfer that call to the LDK 100 site via the tie lines no problem. However, if the LDK 100 site takes a call on one of it's analogue lines it's unable to transfer it to the GDK 186 site.
You can put the call on hold for transfer ok, dial the other site ok, they answer the call ok but when you place the reciever down to complete the transfer it just ends up recalling on the line the call has come in on.
I've checked line group access for the stations, CO to CO COS is set to 1, the stations have line keys and 2 loop keys each. I'm a bit of an AC15 novice so I'm not too sure how the card should be set up, but as it's routing the intersite calls between the systems I doubt if thats going to be the problem. I'm thinking it's something to do with CO to CO transferring but can't find anything in the LDK's programming to change or at least have a look at.
The LDK is on 2.2 software, can't remember the exact flavour though, I've slept since then!
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated fellas, cheers in advance.
