I'm using CR XI.

My report paginates after each group and I want to print a group of fields (located in the group footer section) for an address at a specific location on every page. Since each group has varying # of rows in the details section, my address block is being pushed lower on the page when the number of detail rows increases. I have tried using ' Underlay following sections' in the detail section with no success. Any suggestions on holding my address block from moving?

Choose 'Print at bottom of the page'. Make this section as large as you need with blank space, to fix it where you want it to go.

Hi,

I am having a similar problem to Tom's

I have a report that needs to print 5 memo fields at the bottom of the page.

Since the size of the fields can vary, I have checked the 'Can Grow' option for each field and placed each of them in a separate group so that they don't overwrite each other.

I have tried setting the 'Print at bottom of the page' option for each of the groups, but that results in each group being printed on a separate page.

I have also tried placing the 5 groups inside another group and setting the 'Print at bottom of the page' option for just the highest level, but that results in the groups being printed just below the detail line.

Are there any suggestions as to how I can print multiple groups at the bottom of the page?

Many thanks,

David

Please start your own thread. This is not the same issue. When you do, please explain or show how these five fields would be displayed at the bottom of the page.
