Absence to DBC422 and DBC 222

Hi boys I can't to activate *23*X*MMGG# because dbc422 and dbc 222 tell me Proc. non eseg.
Why??
Parnum???
Cat???

p.s.
config file is open for DBC422
 
look at if extension do you use have cdini?!?
