About SES License co-resident on CM5 S8300

I have enabled SES on CM5 S8300 and install a license in Weblm in SES. But I use One-X Desktop Edition to login and display with "Avaya One-X Desktop Edition licenses do not exist on the license server.Please contact your system administrator." What license features i want to need?

Some infomation show following:
"Licensed Features " display 3 license info:
Feature
(Keyword) Expiration Date Licensed Acquired
1.Home Proxy License permanent 1 1
(BASIC_proxy)
2.Number of SES servers permanent 1 0
deployed on an S8300
server platform
(VALUE_SES_PLATFORM_S8300)
3.Edge Proxy License
(EDGE_proxy) permanent 1 1

The 2nd's Acquired is "0" How to acitve it .

And on "list license" page,display like:
sipserver Home Seats Acquired 0 of 5 requested home seat licenses: Feature not found: Home license grace period will expire in 16 days, 21 hours, 32 minutes

Please help!

 
Yeah, Any Help? I need the licenses for the home seats too.
 
I am absolutely not sure but I think the licenses for special APPS per user need to live on the CM server-
aka S8300.
They are bundling those now when you purchase CM Enterprise edition.
EC500,Softphone,Mobile OneX,etc. I believe all live on the call server.
 
We don't have CM enterprise on this unit, but we do have 450 OPS licenses. I was assuming I still need to create a new WEBLM license file since I'm getting my error message from the SES server and got rid of my other license errors when I got the combo license loaded.

On a side note, can anybody help me get a phone to register with the SES server? I added the users, but my Polycom Sound Station IP4000 just goes fast busy when I try to dial.
