How can I found realtime process utilization of the system using "ps" command.

"ps aux " shows %CPU but not realtime utilization.
ps shows cumulation value(process start -> current)

Thinks

nmon and topas are very famous real time monitoring tool and have powerful logging and analyze options.
But can not logging process utilization by time

I need realtime process utilization command and "ps" like style output(can save to file by useing ">")

Thinks.

run "tprof -x sleep 60", then look at the __prof.all file to see CPU use for 60 seconds, in 1/100th of a second ticks.

This can't be viewed in real time, but it might meet your capturing needs while topas or nmon allow real time observation.
