Yes.
I have a scientific text that I want to anotate. I've few words that I want to explain and I dont want to make a glossary web page. I would prefer that people could have information only by mouse over (mouseclick), similar to window pop help windows.

thanks

maybe this helps you:

<A HREF=&quot;javascript:&quot;
onMouseOver=&quot;win = window.open('YOUR DOCUMENT.html','','width=ADD WIDTH ,height=ADD HEIGHT');
return true;&quot;
onMouseOut=&quot; win.window.close(); return true;&quot;>
<a>PUT YOUR TEXT HERE></a>

Good Luck,

or, as already said (but i don't find the number of the thread), use the title property instead
much easier and you don't need to have .htm page for each definition
but it isn't cross browser
