About IA770 Alarm

I have a very awkwardly problem, when I logon into IA770 system to listen the messages, but the system will disconnect after a few seconds, then I will hear nothing. The CM version is CM5.0 with S8300+G450. The system will generate "VP VROP 4" minor alarm and "VP VOICE_PORT 1" major alarm. I am very confuse for this problem, can someone can help me to resolve this problem?

What is the status of your trunk group between CM and IA770 ?

The trunk and sig status is all in service.

Does a list trace show anything up ? VP VOICE_PORT 1 alarm means there is trunks out of service, does the number of trunks in your trunk group match up with the number of ports licensed for audix ? although this shouldn't stop you from logging in !! Have you tried using the diagnostics options within messaging administration on web interface to see if it can give you a clue to where the problem lies ?
