About error:TR3311 bulk fetch!!

dear all:
Thanks for helping.

while I transform the cube, the process was interruped by error message (TR3311), and then I check the document about (error: TR3311) that is shown following:

An error occurred during data retrieval from the database. Refer to Details for more information.
If you are attempting to create a PowerCube using IQDs which access an Oracle data source, and this error occurs only during peak network traffic times, the problem may be that the expire_time parameter has been changed in the sqlnet.ora file. The expire_time parameter has a default of
zero.
Contact Oracle for more information about this file and parameter, and do not modify the setting without the express permission of the Oracle database administrator.

I didn't use Oracle DB (I use MS SQL), and why this problem is occured??
Is any key point I ignore??

this is a general error that only makes sense in conjunction with the detail that follows.

What is the text in the log file that follows the

"TR3311, An error occurred during data retrieved from the database
DMS-E-GENERAL, A general exception has occurred during operation 'bulk fetch'."

?

e.g.
"DMS-E-TYPENOTSUPPORTED, The data type 'unknown type' is not supported by this gateway."
