about avaya and cisco voip

Hi , vevrybode.
I have a strange problem. pls help me!
I have a customer. and they are use CISCO router to build VOIP private network . to achieve the company inter call in all the branch. Now the call will silence and disconnect when it from cisco into avaya pbx.
call order:
other branch -->cisco voip network-->avaya co trunk --> avaya VDN--> avaya Vector

the call at vector will silence and diconnect when the dialing listening the Announcement at about 18s.

i want to knonw whether the avaya systme have vdn/co/vector... time limited?
whether the cisco router have time limited?

how can i do ?
 
have them check the CISCO routers, make sure "H.323 Fixup" is turned off, if you are using H323 (IP) trunks between any of the sites.

thanks, i havn't check the cisco router , because i unable about cisco router.

that your mean , thh problem is not related with AVAYA's PBX???

 
Bad integration, i did the IP trunk betweeen Cisco and Avaya, and just now from Cisco Ip Phones to Avaya randomly working with voice, others calls without voice and disconnect (From Avaya to Cisco excellent)...I think the problem in Cisco Side..:mad:
