About Auto-Attendant & Caller Application setting

I am very confuse that have no idea to know how to setup the Auto-Attendant & Caller Application in MAS & MSS. Pls give some suggest or detailed technical explain. Many thanks for all your help.

There is a section of the Administration Guide for your MM version that is dedicated to Caller Applications. Review that and that should help you. Or get your maintenance provider involved to help you out.

Depending on which backend you have, choose the right one. If you have an earlier version of MM, then change the version you are looking at on the website.
