About AIC admin account can't access

Hi every

i have a terrible question.
i have a AIC server. now My adminstrator account was disabled. i cat't to access AIC server.
befor i have try to login this account many times.

how can i do it ?

Tried logging in as website/website?

If that works, go to the Agent tab, open the properties for the Admin account, go to the security tab, type the new password twice and take the tick out of "Disable login".

I guest the account was disabled .
That have other way ?
