Hi,

Does anybody have any ideas what this code means? The system just rebooted for an unknown reason. The system is a 500v2 running 6_0_14. I think it has to do with the release but the customer doesn't want to risk an upgrade unless that is the reason for the restart. Any help or guidance would be great.

Thanks.

6.0(14) got pulled from the avaya support site after not being there very long. I would get it up to 6.0(18) as a start.

Quite often these things are down to some odd miss programming somewhere or a software bug.

Get the upgrade done, and check your config for spaces at the end of names and duplicate numbering.

There are not many people who can interpret the TLB's properly apart from Avaya.

If the error was <TLB Instr> addr=00000000 then it's the Provider so ISDN/Alog/SIP. In your case the addr=38e70028 so it's something in the IPO. Don't know the error but the best thing to do is make a backup then make your IPO default thru the Manager and put in the backup.

Thanks for the input guys. I have looked at the config for a while and nothings appears to be wrong. Although I didn't install or program it, it looks fine. I think I will have to start with the upgrade and see what happens.

Thanks again.

Default the config then Upgrade, put in the backup. That the only way to get rid of that error.
