Able To See Margin When Importing Large Pic??

I am using Publisher 2007 and having a problem seeing the margins when importing a large picture??

Instead of inserting your pic the usual way, make it be the background...
Format > Background
More backgrounds
Picture tab
Select picture button

Thank you for that. But how do I stretch the pic so it does not become like this pic: The image is 9"x12" I am using the 8.5 x 11 portrait.

It appears that your image is not the same ratio as your page. If it isn't, it's going to tile. You should be using a photo editor on this image before you insert it.

When you insert the picture into publisher, you should be able to grab a corner and resize it to fit the page. If you do the resizing from a corner, the proportions will be retained. You can make it distort like a fun house mirror if you resize from a top, bottom or side....
