Abaya IP Office server edition 11.0.4.3 Upgrade

Hello,
I want to upgrade a virtualized IP office server edition 11.0.4.3 to 11.0.4.4 so I can further upgrade it to 11.1.
I have download the abe 11.0.4.4 upgrade iso file.
I need help with the procedure to upgrade it from 11.0.4.3 to 11.0.4.4.
Please remember is on virtualized platform.

Login to web management, upload iso, upgrade.
