Abandoned calls in activity reporter BCM50R6

can someone help on this?
How is possible to see the abandoned calls in BCM50R6 using the activity report standard application?
The onobox free applications shows clearly the abandoned calls but what about the commercial activity application?
Maybe i am missing something.

An update on that i found the solution, the abandoned calls show in chronological report with no name , no user and no duration.
