Abandon call query

Hi All,

Need help regarding abandon call record. It is CM 8.1. We also have a separate PC setup for collecting raw Calls data.

From CDR Raw data file can i identify which call is abandon??

I need abandon call record from CDR RAW data due to some purpose. I know few Apps available which identifies the abandon calls but due to some specific requirements i need to identify the abandon call record. Is there and specific TAG assigned to abandon calls in raw data?

Any help in this regards will be appreciated.

Correct me if I am wrong, it seems there is no abandon call record in the CDR RAW data.
If you have CMS, you can get the abandon call record in ECH data.
If you have AES, you can monitor VDN to get abandon call records.

I have all calls in raw CDR data but how do i identify the abandon calls from raw data? is there any tagging/ identification mark pointing the abandon calls?
