Hello
I had a problem with cpu in a Aastra BP250, changes the CPU D5 and send inn the backupe file with BMS.

The BP is working allmost OK, Digital, analog and Dect phones are ok, but there is a problem with delay in everyting. When i push the speaker putton, lift of the handsett, i recive the dailing tone after 2,5 sek. And if i tried to transfer a call, the same delay after push the inquiry button i have to wait 2,5 sek before i recive the dailing tone.

Anyone have any solution ??

Regards Per-A

I have seen this delay when the system is very big with a lot of calls per hour. How big is your system and how many calls are handled there?

The system is small 15 digital , 6 analog and 10 Dect with 3 base station, and low traffic.

I have check configuration but can not find any error, have also tried to change the MFU bord , still delay..

Check the warning log, perhaps this could give a clue to your problem.
What about CSW (Central Software) and firmware of the CPU-D5 board? Have you use the same revision on the new board?

I have check the warning log nothing there. I move all 5 eproms from the CPU 5 bord to this new one.

-try to coldstart the system with the latest sw/fw. When the problem remain after the coldstart you have a hardware problem.
-when the problerm is gone import the backup. When the problem is back after importing the backup, I would program the system from scratch.

When i change the CPU D5,and start up the BP250, there was a delay. I have check the Aastra Compatibility Overview, and the CPU D5 have R1C but the the recommended is min R1M. I wil trie a CPU D5 with min R1M

before loading the backup have checked.
