I am running AAS 5.1 and CRM 5.6. When I make a customer change in AAS I get the following error-

Description: ACCPAC CRM Connection Failed. ERROR:Class not registered. Check that the ACCPAC CRM web components are running and configured.

Source: 17:04:29

Accpac's solution is to rebuild the boxes in my domain. Has anyone else encountered this problem.

Is CRM, indeed, up and running and accessible? What if you make a change within CRM to the same customer? Do you get an error or does the change go through? Maybe having the error messages from the perspective of both programs might lead to a better troubleshooting path... ;)

Yes, CRM is up and running fine. If I make a change in CRM, it updates AAS perfectly. That is the most confusing part.
