AAM Time stamp is wrong

Has anyone had this happen

On my AAM when collecting voicemail the voice is giving me the time 4 hours behind

Time on the AAM is correct and the CM , its SIP integrated. Based in the UK so the AAM is set to GMT

Tried everything and still cant get it to the correct time


Just don't understand

This is controlled by the time zone in the class of service in your voicemail account. So one system can support users in different time zone.

found it in User prefrences but it will not let me change it as the License is restricted and weblm shows the same , like its a Eval license

any ideas

Go to the licensing section (top of the page choose licensing instead of messsaging) on your MSS. What do you see there?

Says the licence is Restricted there too on WebLm
