We previously had one T-1 line and recently did away with the first and had two installed. After these circuits were installed, we started having ftp issues, in that the transfer either wouldn't start or would hang up. After arguing with my ISP that it wasn't my LAN equipment (already tested all out), and after they told me to dump my internet cookies, they finally agreed that there was something configured wrong on the router (they configured it for us). After they made some configuration changes, the problem was drastically improved. But there is still one thing that is bugging me. We are getting AAL5 CRC errors on our ATM0/IMA0.1 interfacee. These errors keep incrementing. Are these errors I should be concerned about? My ISP stated that while he did see I was getting the errors, the number was small and I shouldn't worry about it. I ran my output from 'sh int' through Cisco's Output Interpreter, and it just gave a warning. What is bugging me about it is that after a few days of these errors incrementing, I have to reset the counters, because the downloads start acting goofy again. Once I reset it, they start working properly. All the hardware (except the router itself) has been replace.
