Does anyone know how you can set the thresholds on the graphical displays so that when a certain amount of agents are in a 'not ready' state the window flashes a different colour?

Jon

You first need to set a Skillset threshold class in Configuration and specify a bottom and top value for when you want the colors to change. Once you have your skillset threshold configured you need to go into configuration, then skillsets and assign that threshold class to your skillset. Once you've done that then whatever Realtime reports you have that contain that skillset will change colors. You can also modify the actual colors that appear on the display by accessing the user created RTD and changing the settings (Can't recall exactly what tab it's on but it will be apparent)

Worked like a charm, thank you very much! :)
